ShipMsg is working to make its service usable by people with disabilities.

Commitment
ShipMsg is designed around semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, text alternatives, programmatic labels, status announcements, reduced motion and text equivalents for color and charts. Our target is substantial conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA for customer-facing web experiences.
Current limits
Automated and component-level checks do not replace assistive-technology testing. Some dense operational tables, third-party provider interfaces, charts and complex campaign or inbox workflows may present barriers. Third-party content is governed by its provider, but we welcome reports where our integration prevents accessible use.
Request assistance or report a barrier
Contact ShipMsg with “Accessibility” in the subject and describe the page, assistive technology, browser, expected result and problem. Do not include confidential message content. We will acknowledge the report and provide a reasonable alternative where practicable while we investigate.
