Service description

ShipMsg is business communications software that lets customer businesses connect and operate their own communications-provider assets, including WhatsApp Business Accounts, phone numbers, contacts, consent records, templates, campaigns, inboxes, automation, analytics, billing and developer integrations. Customers remain responsible for their business, recipients, content, consent and provider eligibility.

Intellectual property

ShipMsg software, documentation, design, text, graphics and service marks are owned by Bagadi LLC or its licensors. Customer names, marks, content and data remain the property of the customer or their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to use the service under the customer agreement.

Third-party services

References to Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe, Cloudflare, Oracle, Twilio or other providers identify interoperability only. Their marks belong to their owners. Bagadi LLC is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta, does not grant provider approval, and cannot override provider terms, reviews, availability, pricing, quality enforcement or account restrictions.
