One inbox for the whole team
Everyone answers from the same WhatsApp number on their own computer. Assign chats, leave notes, mention a colleague and never answer the same customer twice.
Official WhatsApp Business Platform · Meta Tech Provider
ShipMsg puts your business’s WhatsApp number on every teammate’s screen. Answer customers together, send updates and offers to people who asked for them, and let automatic replies handle the rest.
Works with the tools you already use
WhatsApp for business, in plain words
With ShipMsg your number works on every computer in the business, talks to hundreds of customers at once without a single copy-and-paste, and keeps working while you sleep.

How it works
Create an account and explore every screen with test customers. No Meta account and no card needed.
Sign in with Facebook through Meta’s official screens. Keep your number, and even the app on your phone.
Invite your team, import your contacts and start answering, sending and automating.
Everything in one place
Start with the inbox. Add campaigns, automatic replies and automations when you are ready.
Everyone answers from the same WhatsApp number on their own computer. Assign chats, leave notes, mention a colleague and never answer the same customer twice.
Send offers, news and reminders to the customers who agreed to hear from you, and see who received, read and clicked.
A greeting, an away message and keyword answers in a few clicks. Turn on the AI assistant when you want it; a person can always take over.
When something happens, send the right message: an order, a booking, a missed payment.
Write reminders and updates with buttons, submit them to Meta and track their approval in one place.
Import your customers, group them, and respect every “stop” automatically. That keeps your number safe.
How fast your team replies, how many chats are solved and what customers think after each one.
Made for businesses like yours
Bring the number you already use
Three ways in, and all three keep it.
Your number keeps working in the WhatsApp Business app while your team uses ShipMsg on the same number. Both see the same chats.
Bring a number from another platform in one step, with its quality history, its verified name and its approved templates.
Use a new number. ShipMsg grows its sending limit gradually so it starts with a good reputation.
For developers
One REST API for messages, templates, contacts, campaigns and webhooks. Every message has an honest status: queued, sent, delivered, read, failed, or unknown and held until it is reconciled, never guessed.
Node.js, Python, Go, Java, PHP and .NET, typed from one published OpenAPI contract.
Test numbers that deliver, fail, time out or stay unknown, so you build the recovery path before production.
Every write carries an idempotency key, and webhooks are signed and verified in one call.
Shopify, Zapier and Make connect your tools to WhatsApp without writing a line.

Questions
Neither is needed to try the free sandbox. Self-service and assisted setup require you to authorize ShipMsg as a Meta administrator. ShipMsg-managed setup does not require a customer Meta login: our team manages the hosted account and number, and you use messaging in ShipMsg. Developers can use the API, but nobody has to.
Yes. You can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone while your team uses ShipMsg on the same number, move a number from another provider with its history and approved templates, or start with a new one.
It is Meta's official way for businesses to use WhatsApp at scale: a whole team on one number, messages to many customers who agreed to hear from you, automatic replies and connections to your other tools. ShipMsg is a Meta Tech Provider that gives you all of it through a simple console.
No, and that protects you. WhatsApp only allows business messages to people who agreed to receive them. ShipMsg records that consent and stops messaging anyone who says stop, so your number stays in good standing.
Sandbox is free. Self-service has a per-message platform fee and direct Meta messaging charges. Assisted setup adds an accepted, quoted one-time setup fee. ShipMsg-managed setup uses an operator-configured quote and wallet messaging charges. Prices are shown before you accept or send.
No. It stays off until you turn it on. When it is on, it answers common questions from the information you give it, and a person can take over any conversation.
